Yesterday

Yesterday was so great! I just had an awesome time!

I was able to just lounge around and relax and watch my dad fly his little remote control plane. Then I was ran some stuff around my neighborhood! On my way home, I saw some kids in my ward selling snow cones, and lets just say I am a sucker for little kids selling things, so of course I had to turn around and go buy one! It wasn't exactly a snow cone.... I think I'd more so consider it a cup of ice with some kool-aid at the very bottom! :) But hey, who doesn't love ice! Then I went to the Rodney Atkins concert at the Scera Shell with my friend! It was way fun! I was able to see a couple of my friends that I used to work with! It was great!
When I got home, I got to talk on the phone with one of my favoritest people that I haven't talked to for over a month! It was awesome and it completely made my night! 
It's easy to say, that yesterday was a very much needed day and I loved every second of it!

Surprises!

First off, this is the most amazing thing ever! I love it!

Second! I love surprises! They just make me happy! Especially when it's something you don't even think is possible! Like a text you don't expect to receive! And when your phone vibrates and you look down and you smile because you didn't expect that name to be there! Probably the greatest moment yesterday! It made me super happy!

Tonight is going to be the most exciting night ever! WICKED!!! Ahhh I am counting down the hours until I finally get to see the show I have been dreaming of since I heard the song "Popular" when I was 7 years old! I am beyond excited to say the least! 7:30 come faster!!!!

Love My Family

Today while I was cleaning, our chickens disappeared from the back yard, not finding them in our yard, my sister goes and checks the neighbors yard, behind our neighbor lives our stake patriarch. We finally found the chickens eating the patriarchs garden. Quickly we chased them out with a stick. After some impersonations of the running chickens and laughing, my mom decides to text my dad, as they are his chickens.

She sends a message saying, "Our chickens are damned forever! They were eating the patriarchs garden."
To our surprise, my mom's aunt responds saying, "Good thing it wasn't Jay Jensen's garden, otherwise they'd be cast into outer darkness!"

Haha

This kinda made my day and I just thought I'd share it!

I feel like so much has been happening lately!

Today I finished Computer Tech on EHS! :) Now I can focus on Financial Lit. I sat down and in two days I finished two units! Now all I need to do is take the proctored final! Success!!!!

Missing people no bueno... The end. But it makes it so exciting whenever you get to see them.

I love 11:11 wishes so much! They just give me so much hope in what could potentially happen in my life.

I got a job! :) And it is the greatest job ever! I love it oh so much! I work at a nearby movie theater in PG. It's probably the easiest job and everyone is just awesome! I love the interaction with people and the free movies kinda makes it all worth it!

The Lion King

This is by far one of my favorite movies. Not only is the music amazing, but the lessons it teaches.

Like Rafiki says, "The past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it."

The greatest lesson I have learned from this movie is to remember who I am, and it's never to late to go back.

"You have forgotten who you are, and so you have forgotten me. Look inside yourself, you are more than what you have become. You must take your place..."

Another great lesson is that our Father is always there for us. He won't leave us alone.

Mufasa: Yes. So whenever you feel alone, just remember that those kings will always be there to guide you. And so will I.

This is by far, one of the greatest movies. I absolutely love it with all of my heart.

A Week of Awesome

Well... last week was just amazing! :) I loved it! I had girls camp and when I got home I went to Denver and saw some family!

On the way to Denver I was able to listen to the WHOLE Les Mis show two times! It was great! Then I slept.... a lot! It was fantastic!

I now have a count down to July 19! Why? I GET TO SEE WICKED!!!! The end! No explanation needed!

Girls cramp was just fun! Sleeping in a tent with people i didn't know wasnt as bad a thought it would be! I absolutely love the first years in our stake. I love how active my ward and stake is. After going to Colorado and seeing a ward with 3 active young women was shocking to me. I knew it was like that in some places, but I had never really experienced it. It was different. It made me really thankful for my ward.

On Wednesday night at girls camp, Brooke and I were getting really burnt out! We went to ward, we saw Sister Rose standing there with a giant Roxberry. As we finished our hot chocolate, she walked over to us and filled up our cups with her smoothie. It made my night! It was like an extra life to survive another day. That next morning, she pulled me and Brooke aside and walked us to her car. She smiled and pulled out a McDonalds bag. Inside the bag, she had two sausage mcmuffins. It was amazing. (Best part of camp! 'Cause if you dont know me, I am a boy at heart, and I eat like a boy. I need a lot of food to help me survive, and the meals were not enough)

Overall my week was absolutely amazing! I loved every second of it... well almost every second of it!
